Fear in the Fens returns to King's Lynn for  a three-day event in 2026

The theme for this year's event is Bloody Kids! and we will be looking at creepy children in horror films.

We are very pleased to announce that the renowned and multi-talented artist and writer Cosey Fanni Tutti will be opening the festival for us with a talk on Margery Kempe on Friday October 23.

We are also thrilled to announce that writer and broadcaster Deborah Hyde will be providing a talk on the Green Children of Woolpit on the main day of the festival on Saturday

Fear in the Fens favourite Gavin Baddeley will be closing the Saturday with a look at the horrific world of 'improving' books for children from the Victorian era.

The final event of the Sunday will be on Sunday 25th, when Kit Lewis will explore the horrors of 70s Public Information Films.
